Hi, my name is Stephanie and I am a certified K-8 teacher. I have a background in math, science, and literacy support. I am qualified to work with students who are learning English as a second language and students with exceptionalities/special education needs. I have 3 years of teaching experience as a qualified teacher as well as experience as an in-school tutor for literacy intervention (LLI), virtual tutoring, and as a TA for university classes, I am patient, organized, and dedicated to helping students learn. I am available to do one-on-one tutoring with students in all English language subjects. I have a flexible schedule. I can do in-person tutoring for the Ottawa region. I also offer virtual tutoring and I am well versed in working with the Ontario curriculum so I can help with homework that students have been given by their teachers and/or I can support with lessons and activities to keep students caught up, or support their areas that need improvement.
