I am a retired secondary school teacher with a graduate degree from Western University and Type A teaching certificate from University of Toronto. I have taught in secondary schools in Scarborough, Oshawa, Winnipeg, Dufferin Region and Peel Region. My career has included regular Secondary and Junior High Schools, Inner-city schools, and Occupational Schools in which I taught Regular English, Business English and ESL As well I always taught all levels of Mathematics. I was a Department Head in Girls' Physical Education for many years in Scarborough. I have had my own business for fifteen years. I have a deep love for teaching and the relationships I developed with my teen-aged students. Sales, communication, organization and motivation are the overlapping skills that have enabled me to succeed in all areas of work.
