I am a mother of 2 high energy boys (one 10 months, the other 6 years). I’ve spent roughly 5 years helping busy parents nanny and teach part time. While I don’t have official teaching qualifications, I really enjoy the inquisitive nature of kids (even after 1000s of questions a day) and a strive to facilitate that in my own children. When Covid hit, I became teacher to my eldest while pregnant with my second. I built on the foundations of his Montessori classroom learning and created our own lessons/games/activities to help him expand his educational strengths and develop on challenging areas. I do intend on pursuing ECE certification and in the meantime I hope to offer tutoring services (preferably online) to parents that are juggling learning for multiple children or need help during this challenging time. I also offer house cleaning services (which I have +5 years experience and excellent references) for $20/hr.
