I'm so glad I found Natalia through Care.com! She's been an absolute savior thus far for me as she's been able to handle my kids overnight allowing my husband and I to take a much needed break. We always feel safe and secure when leaving her to watch our kids as she is always very cordial, easy to communicate with and understanding of our needs and concerns. She takes the position with a certain level of responsibility and respect, which I am so happy and relieved about as it allows us ease our worries and relax while we are away.
