I am an experienced ESL teacher who has worked for over 12 years in all types of educational settings. The majority of my teaching career has taken place in colleges and universities (Niagara College, Brock University, Mohawk College, Camosun College & University of Victoria). I hold a B. A. (Hons.) in Applied Language Studies and an M. Ed. (Adult Education, TESL & Curriculum Studies) from Brock University. As well, I have helped Christian Schools in St. Catharines, ON start an ESL program in their Secondary & Elementary Schools. In addition to tutoring and teaching all levels and subjects of English as a Second Language, I have and Ass. Of Music degree. I have taught over 7 years worth of piano, voice, keyboarding and theory lessons. In terms of ECE, I have experience babysitting in my home when my children (now aged 15, 11 & 6) were younger. I have always been involved (and police checked) to serve in the nursery and kids ministry programs at my church (currently, Church on the Rock in Hamilton, ON).
