I am an Alberta certified teacher and currently subbing with the CBE. I have just entered into my sixth year of teaching having previously taught in Kyrgyzstan and the UK and have a Bachelors of Education in Social Studies and English along with a Bachelors of Arts in History and Political Science. My first two years of teaching were spent in Kyrgyzstan working at Cambridge International Silk Road School where I gained experience teaching English, History, and Geography. Many of my students were English Language Learners and I learned how to best adapt lessons so that they could succeed. In the UK I predominantly Geography, History, and Religious Education. I am looking to work predominantly in Calgary and Cochrane during the evenings on weeknights. I am willing and able to drive to your location. I can help with writing, curriculum, and homework.
