I am hoping to teach/tutor privately or to teach a group size of 2, 3, or 4 Elementary Students. I could in effect provide a private small group homeschooling experience or private tutoring. I have 16 years’ experience in Grds. 2 to 4, 11 of them in Cochrane, AB.. I have also taught in Mexico. I teach a strategy based program in L.A. and Math and stress hands on activities and student led inquiry in all areas of the curriculum/student interests. Science would also be taught hands on where possible. (Experiment based). I have always provided parent in-services as well as an overall guide or outline to/of the years' learning strategies in Language Arts and Math. I also specialize in P.E.. I am asking $85 per full day/student ($12/hr.) or $100 per day with a group of 2. Hours would be from 8 am to 3 pm and after school arrangements up to 5 pm can be considered. All parents will be involved in developing strict Health Protocols. If you can form your own group of up to 6 students that could be considered. I may also consider tutoring. Rate to be agreed upon.
