Furthermore, I am certain that my teaching experiences have provided me a wide range of opportunities to develop and gain more effective strategies in harnessing the students' potentials and strength in the use of English language. I started teaching English to a Korean friend who was planning to be a tourist guide. He wanted to become spontaneous and become a natural conversationalist. He was a very diligent student in spite of his tight schedule at work. I kept reminding him that it is not impossible to speak the language fluently if you just persevere. I also had a student from Taiwan who was preparing for her IELTS examination. When she went back home, we still continued our classes over Skype and after almost a year of coaching, she scored her IELTS with flying colors. As of the moment, I am very proud to see her pursuing her internship program in the United Kingdom. Though the English language is dominating the world, I believe students best learn when we teach the subject matter in a fun and meaningful way.
