For me, teaching brought the best in me. When I embarked on my journey in customer service, I had my doubts. However, gradually I was growing more confident that I am on the right career path since I was able to horn my communication skills which turned out to be enormously helpful in contributing to my teaching skills, as I found myself more familiar with different perspectives and how to approach different people with different characteristics. I could achieve the result I expected in my country. That is why I started to think about studying administrative leadership at the University of Alberta to broaden my knowledge and understanding of the field I am interested in. When it comes to the job that requires communication, I am more motivated to embrace them because that is the reason I came to Canada to step up and learn how to communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds. It will be an asset in gaining experience for what I want to do down the road. Best regards,
