I have been working at Mathnasium for 7 months thus far. After being there for some time, I have gained the necessary skills to tutor/teach kids in the best way possible: understanding their unique personalities to find the right method/way of teaching them, adapting to their learning needs (speaking, writing, listening, etc.), and listening to them and making them feel heard so that they are motivated to keep going. Apart from Mathnasium, I have experience in the oil and gas industry working as a business analyst.
