I'm a graduate of Carleton University with a Bachelor of Cognitive Science. As a young student, I struggled with math and it was my worst subject. It wasn't until I was an adult that I began to understand the reasons I had trouble with math and eventually became comfortable with it. My goal is to help young people overcome their frustrations with math by making math fun and interesting, instead of a joyless duty. I am available to tutor math up to grade 10 and provide essay writing, research and citation assistance for students up to the university level. I have experience tutoring high school students in writing and leading a group of my university peers in an extracurricular reading group.
