I am currently a Master’s student studying Religion, Culture and Global Justice at University, having graduated from Queen’s University last year with my B.A. Hons. in Global Development Studies. I will be attending University to pursue a postdoctoral degree in Anthropology in September. I was employed in the last school year as a Teaching Assistant at University. Assisting students with difficult course concepts, leading tutorials and grading were just a few of the responsibilities I had in this role. I also have experience leading classes for Project Autism over the past year. I am also an active member of the community and have been extensively involved in both volunteer and extracurricular activities. I was a part of the Global Development Studies Buddy Program for two years, which allowed me to tutor a first-year student on their Development Studies course. I was an active member of the Queen’s Native Students’ Association, where I helped organise the “Inspiring a Generation” conference.
