Alicia is so calm, wise and attentive. She is super nice with children. She could manage perfectly two children 4 years old and 11 months old for continuous 6 hours on consecutive days. My baby was so happy and satisfied when I arrived home. It was so easy to make the transition of the whole day flow with Alicia assistance. She is very polite and friendly as she is professional in her work and expressions. I booked her to come so early morning (6am) and she was present on time and in a very fresh look. I am happy that I worked with her. She learned and adopted so fast with my children characters and preferences. I liked so much how she is open to hear from me as a parent and asks if she is not sure. Even she gave details and asked questions to improve my fussy eater to eat properly on the next day. I recommend her and I definitely will work with her again if she is available.
