Ability to assist in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans for strengthening and Stretching muscles (two joints’ muscles, single joint muscles, etc). Proficient in conducting therapeutic exercises and activities to promote physical and mental well-being such as Range of motion (active, passive, active assisted ROM). Skilled in using assistive devices and adaptive techniques to enhance clients' independence such as mobility aids (crutches, canes wheelchair walker, wheelchairs etc), Goniometer, transfer boards and many more. Also have knowledge of different muscles with their name, location, origin, insertion and their movement or the actions which are caused by them by which I could focus on particular group of muscles. I am also a team member where I treat everybody equally and always accept feedback being a good listener at the same time.
