I have an Early childhood Education Degree and a Special Care Counselling diploma. I have been working with various types of disabilities for the last 9 years such as Autism Spectrum, ADHD, ADD, children who have learning disabilities. I also have experience with Applied Behavior Therapy where I have conducted therapy one on one with verbal and non verbal children. Frequently these children had many speech devices, lots of behaviours and oppositional. I have also experience with conducting a social skills emotional group where I have provided a Behaviour intervention plan with specific goals. I have supported these children at school, in daycares, clinics and at their home. I also have experience in being a shadow at daycares where I would work one on one with each child. I have helped the child with their day to day routine, written a Behaviour intervention and work on several needs that I have observed that needed to be improved.
