Hello ! I graduated with an advanced diploma in child and youth care and been working as a support staff for adults and teens with developmental disabilities for 5 years. I also have many years experience working in children's programming, in this time i have learned many strategies for managing various behavioral concerns as well as specializing in goal planning and respite care. I am also a parent to a three year old semi verbal toddler diagnosed with ASD. I am currently on maternity leave with my second child and I am looking for part time/casual or occasional respite worker. I am energetic, athletic, outdoorsy and friendly.
