• Providing daily personal care to client which includes bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and others. • Preparing meals to the individuals, while also supervising this activity. • Liaising with Residential Manager regarding any client concerns, progress or outcomes. • Ensuring that homes provide a comfortable and pleasant environment for all personnel (including basic upkeep and cleanliness of home, laundry, etc.) • Assisting clients with necessary life skills where required and encourage independent participation as much as possible
