Hi there! My name is stacy and i am 20 years old. I have worked with children on the spectrum since I was 16 through highschool co-op as well as being an integration counsellor for 1:1 support with all sorts of special needs! I also worked with adults between the ages of 21-55 through an adult day program, a college placement. With adults who were deaf, blind and/or autistic. I have also worked in schools specifically in the special education classrooms. One year I worked as an actual educational assistant. I even learned the psyiotherapy for a child with cerbral palsy. I am currently working as a PEW at portal have as well working specifically with one client with dementia and mild autism. I completed 3 terms of the educational assistant program at Niagara college and will be returning in January to complete the rest :)
