I am trained in assisting individuals with activities of daily living such as assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, providing safety using appropriate strategies and interventions through my Behaviour Management Sytem (BMS), Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), Supporting individuals with learning using strategies such as Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) and behaviour planning using tools such as ABC, Pec etc. Most importantly I possess the ability to communicate in a sensitive, courteous, and empathetic manner and have a big heart. I have supported individuals with severe behavioural, health, personal care, and mobility needs. I have worked in a classroom setting with autism, developmental delays, mental health, mobility, behaviour and other exceptional needs.
