Hi there, I am a wife and mom of 2 young kiddos. I have a dog, 2 cats, and love to be outside hiking or in the garden. I’ve been working in the field of developmental services for 13 years. I have a bachelor’s degree in Child, Youth and Family Development, as well as a diploma for Developmental Services Worker. I’ve had specialized training in cognitive behavioural therapy, health and wellness, as well as crisis intervention. I’ve worked with a variety of people with varying abilities as a day to day support, medical advocate, and health and wellness coach.
