Hello, My name is Riley, I am a proud part of the LGBTQ community and a devoted care professional that has been working with children of all ages for over six years. As a firm advocate of inclusivity, I am keen to work with a family that appreciates diversity and supports the LGBTQ community. Passionate about childcare, I became a COBRA Swim Club instructor and worked in other roles like Integration Instructor at City of Brampton Summer Camps, Waterfront Director at a disability-focused overnight camp, and also at a family shelter's childcare department. Currently, I hold a standard first aid and CPR certification for children, youth, and adults, coupled with a lifeguarding qualification. This diverse experience has honed my ability to handle multiple childcare responsibilities, from basic tasks such as bathing and dressing children, helping with homework, laundry, meal preparations, and light housekeeping, to more specialized tasks such as caring for children with disabilities.
