I have completed a two year diploma in the area of supporting those with disabilities. I have been working in self contained classes and mainstream classes at elementary schools to help support kids. I have a background in helping to support those with developmental disabilities Autism Spectrum disorder. The skills I can help your child with are Gross Motor skills, Self-Advocacy, Personal safety skills, self Regulation skills, social skills, Life skills and behavior support and any academics your child needs support with. I have experience in planning activities and putting together plans and activities to support your child for the skills you want them to learn. I also worked to support those with Autism to help with routines and social skills and other things that will help your child learn and live. I go on the approach of supporting based on what the child's interests are and what skills to teach them based on abilities and needs. I am an organized and reliable, compassionate and patient educator. I have many skills to help your child. I look forward to supporting your child.
