I have worked for 3 years as a Counsellor in group homes, rehabilitation centers and in home support work. I have had clients who live with Schizophrenia, Autism, Down Syndrome, OCD, MS, Cerebral palsy, behavioral issues and personality disorders such as bipolar and schizoaffective disorder. I have expiernce in teaching yoga, guitar and love implamenting Healthy activities in mental health as I find it creates purpose and happieness for the individuals.
