I have 3 years experience with special needs and behaviorally challenged children. I am very patient, kind, hardworking and adaptable. I'm also very understanding and do recognize that every child is different and what might work for one may not work for another even if they have the same diagnoses. I strive to find the right tactics to be able to have a harmonious relationship with the children I'm taking care of. I also listen to what they say they need, whether it be verbal or portrayed through their actions. I have my drivers license, own transportation, clean driver's abstract and criminal record check.
