Hello! I graduated from Mcmaster University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I currently am working at McMaster Children's Hospital in pediatrics as an RN, but would be interested in providing part-time home care services on my days off. I am an energetic and compassionate person and I love working with people. I believe I demonstrate the knowledge, skills and expertise to provide care to youth, children, and/or their families in a home setting. I am a motivated, organized, professional, and empathetic individual and I have acquired a multitude of healthcare and nurturing skills to care for children. In my current role as a Registered Pediatric Nurse at McMaster Children’s Hospital, I care for patients from newborns to 18yrs old, along with their families. I provide a therapeutic relationship through emotional and mental support during the family’s vulnerable time, while providing the necessary healthcare required. I I believe I could be a great addition to your family as a caregiver with my interpersonal skills and my knowledge background that can assist me in caring for children and their families.
