I have worked in small option homes for adults with intellectual disabilities for over 3 years. I have experiences working with a variety of personalities, diagnoses and more. Everyone is different but I pride myself on building a relationship of trust with the individuals I support and that helps for everyone to feel comfortable in navigating new support roles and learning/teaching needs.
