I have worked for Community Living for a period of 17 years. My experience is assisting and supporting three men who live with fragile x in group home environment. I love the work I do with them and have developed a great working relationship with all three of them. I have been called upon on a few occasion to assist the staff on the other level with the residents who live with autism and who require more care. I am looking for extra work because right now, I occupy the sleepover position and miss the more hands on experience. I love working with people and seeing them smile.
