My job discription is to take my elder male patient such as turning every 3 hrs, tranfer him to wheelchair, taking him a bath, suctioning, tracheostomy care, do exercise and massage my patient, feeding him through Nasogastric tube. i do use machine to transfer my patient from bed to wheelchair.
