Hi there, my name is Lillian! I'd like to briefly tell you about my experience working with people who have special needs. I have worked with several children who have special needs, including those who are on the autism sprectrum,people with adhd and cognitive delays, and individuals with physical disabilties. Most of this experinece has come from instructing swimming lessons, but through this I have learned how to work with different individuals, gain trust, and most importatnly have fun.
