As a dedicated caregiver to elderly/person with special needs, I am writing to apply for a Caregiver Position. Aside from being a certified caregiver, I am a registered nurse-midwife with varied backgrounds in providing individual care with more than 7 years of experience in the field. In my past position of individual caregiver to a bedridden Stroke; Diabetic with Chronic Kidney Disease patient, I deeply committed to treating my client with dignity and respect, I always aim the goal to win their trust and alleviate anxiety they may feel when giving assistance, treatments and other personal care. At present I do work in a teenager client with Autism; Eliplepsy associated with cognitive and speech delays. I am well versed in performing an adequate assessment to my client, providing necessary interventions, proper collaboration with health care professionals and family members, and organized filing of records and documentation. An overall maintaining my client's optimum health and well-being is the focus of my duties.
