Growing up with a brother that has ADHD and is hard of hearing, a Grandfather that is both blind and deaf, and a cousin with MS, adaptations have always been a way of life in my family. I have had the amazing opportunities in my working career to work with children with many exceptionalities. I have worked with children that have special needs in many different settings: summer camps, city programs, daycare and tutoring. I have also worked as a behavioral therapist in a private school and a privately owned therapy centre running Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy sessions one on one for almost 2 years.
