I bring over 15 years of experience in management, but I have recently transitioned into a new career path and am currently completing my studies in Autism and Behavioural Science at Algonquin College. My extensive background has equipped me with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. My training includes hands-on experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention (EIBI), providing me with evidence-based strategies to support children with autism and developmental challenges. Furthermore, my two years of volunteer work at the Suradway Community Center have strengthened my dedication to fostering compassionate and supportive care for individuals with unique needs.
