I am a developmental Service Worker (Hons) with 6 years experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. I currently work for a large social service agency in Toronto as a Program Supervisor in a Supported Independent Living Program and At-Risk Youth Program. I am currently offering Person Directed Planning Services to individuals and their families. Person Directed Plans help to create realistic goals, identify steps to take, and provides support with accountability and resources to achieve those goals. Person Directed Plans are recognized by the ministry, and are an eligible expense through Passport Funding.
