I worked at a camp servicing children (aged 7-16) with type 1 diabetes. We had a variety of neurodiverse campers. My work was mainly with children living with ADHD, ODD (oppositional defiance disorder), high functioning autism, as well as varying physical abilities. Before pursuing music theatre I completed 2 years of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at Ryerson University. The first 2 years covers the skills equivalent in a personal support worker program. I also work for a theatre company that provides music to continuing care homes and clients at CAMH. I am a young artist who is passionate about music. I have found it to be an incredible tool when working with people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.
