I'm a fourth year university student from Halifax who is in Ottawa for a summer internship. I have worked as a summer camp over-night counsellor for groups of children ranging from 5-15 years old and often babysat for the families throughout the school year. Additionally, I have extensive experience providing respite care for young girl with autism. I'm studying psychology and therefore have taken child development courses. I tutor various university level subjects at my school and work on reading/ writing with individuals with developmental delays at the local elementary school. I've also worked at senior homes (dietary aid) throughout the school years.
