Hi! My name is Faith and I am a university graduate with a B.Sc. in Psychology, Early Childhood Educator Level 1 (Alberta) with CPR/First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and trauma-informed practice training. I have experience working under a team of clinicians and a behavioural interventionist for 4 incredible kids who either have speech delays or who are on the autism spectrum. I currently work as a support worker for a non-verbal boy who exhibits self-injurious coping mechanisms. I absolutely love my work and do my best to accommodate the needs and wants of each child while encouraging them to grow!
