As a graduate of the College Child and Youth Worker advance diploma program with over ten years of experience in the field, I believe that I have learned hands on strategies for relationship development with high needs clients, their peers, and their families. My training combined with my passion for providing the best care possible to children and youth has allowed me to develop the confidence and skill needed for this profession. With strong leadership skills, an outgoing personality, and a dedicated work ethic, I feel that this would be an opportunity to utilize my skill set in a very meaningful way. I have been known to leave a lasting impression on both the children and families I am working with as well as the other staff members due to my open nature and friendliness.
