I have babysat for many years as a teen, I taught dance for 5 years (as an assistant teacher) and am very comfortable with children. I more recently had a student placement in the long term care setting so I have experience with the elderly, I as well have worked with people with cognitive disabilities. I worked with deaf and blind people over the summer, and did that full time for four months. We there provided 24 hour care and I worked different shifts, I as well just started my placement in a facility that deals with children who have different cognitive abilities.
