Hi, my name is Daniel, I have earned a Child and Youth Worker Advanced Diploma with Honors from Humber College. I've fostered therapeutic relationships while working with youth of all ages and abilities. My versatile work experiences include utilizing ABA, CBT, DBT, play therapy and working with traditional and non traditional therapy animals. I started my career supporting children with autism at Behaviour Innovations. I have 6 years experience in residential settings that include being part of the team that started the first girls group home program in Nunavut. My most recent work in the Psychiatry Day Treatment Program at Sick Kids Hospital has also provided me with invaluable experience. I pride myself on having been an integral part of some of my friend’s children’s lives as well. I have CPR, Suicide Prevention, Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behaviour training, and can provide a Vulnerable Sector Police screening and I am fully vaccinated. My life experience, compassion and adaptability make me an ideal mentor, care provider and role model for youth. I am available to help out a family with almost any needs.
