Hello. My name is Courtney . I am a very dedicated, passionate human. I have found my niche as in doing something I love, caring and promoting a sense of independence to my respected clients - patients when they otherwise may not have that control or motivation. As well, I enjoy being able to provide a relief role to families when there is no one to turn to. I am highly organized, abide by all codes, and never have I thought of this work as money, its a job yes , but going home every shift knowing the difference, the positives to which I have brought too my client, knowing each and every time, time and time again my Clients are treated with the consistency, expertise & respect to care plans alike; indeed is very self gratifying. I am a single mother of two small children, mastering the art of parenthood has provided very valuable characteristics to my nature and have enchanced some role that a psw takes on.
