Experience working for community living and currently employed at Tanguay Place working with adults with special needs. I am a care attendant in charge of feeding, dressing, bathing, toileting & repositioning. I also provide recreational support to the residents by planning games, taking them on outings and overall general companionship. My personal experience, I have babysat a young boy with autism in the past and also have a nephew with Down Syndrome where I have experience with his g-tube and general assistance with his fine motor skills as he is only 1.5 yrs.
