I have grown up with both my siblings with disabilities. My sister is severely autistic and my brother struggles with both ADD and adhd. Growing up with this I have learned so much about them from their feelings and teaching. Working with disabilities it is super important to build the trust and friendship with them from my personal experience working with a range of disabilities all throughout high school leading into being a support worker with individuals with disabilities.

We feel so very lucky to have found Brianna, our daughter adored her from the moment they met. She is reliable, kind, playful, excellent at communicating with me throughout her time with our daughter. Very time aware, fun and trustworthy. We feel very lucky to have Brianna in our families lives.
