I hold 7 years of diverse, professional experience caring for neurodivergent children and youth ages 5-18 as an ECE school program supervisor, specialized camp counsellor, and residential care worker. I am accustomed to managing all forms of challenging behaviour (verbal/physical altercations, threats) in a de-escalatory, non-intrusive manner informed by the principles of CPI (Crisis Prevention/Intervention), TCI (trauma informed care), and pro-social relationship building.
