I’m a recent graduate of autism and Behavioural science program at Niagara College. My desire and passion to serve children and individuals have always been cogent. Hence, I possessed a diploma in nursing and started my experience as a registered nurse in Ghana. This led to my interest in attending ABS program to further serve individuals with autism and special needs. Experience: Bethesda children services, Thorold, ON. - Applying behavioral analysis techniques to reduce behavioral concerns through 1:1 therapy with clients. -Develops intervention plans based on baseline data collection to facilitate skills or reduce challenging behaviors -Create programs based on life skills and ADLe for the essence of clients independence and social development.
