At 15 I started as a respite provider for my mother who fostered children with special needs. The last 7 years I have been working in Specialized Services with families of children with special needs. I am well versed in Play, Behavioral, Speech, Sensory, Feeding, and Toileting strategies. I am well versed in IPP's, IFSP, or ISP's and can implement strategies provided if receiving services. I was laid off last year when COVID first impacted the economy due to cuts in funding. I would like to continue to support parents and children providing respite privately.
