Hello, My name is Zarina and I am a certified fitness instructor for seniors with a background in physiotherapy. After having worked for a couple of retirement homes and physio clinics I decided to branch out on my own and provide my own services for seniors. I offer help with exercises after patient has been discharged from the hospital or physiotherapy. I offer drives to appointments and I offer companionship as well as any other help around the house. I hold a CPR certificate as well as a police record check. References available upon request. My business is mobile so I am able to drive anywhere and my hours are from 8AM-4PM Monday Through Saturday. Thank you.
