I have been a mental health specialist for over 30 years and a dementia specialist for over 10 years. I have provided support in home, in community and in hospital / ltc. Supports provided have been companionship, personal care, therapeutic visits, light domestic support, grocery support, errand support, mobility support and engagement. As a Case Manager, I have also assisted in attending appointments, acting as liaison between health care providers and family.
