My 10 month old son lights up when he sees Tamara come in the morning. She is always coming up with new games and ways to entertain him and it is clear that she really cares for him. She really goes the extra mile to ensure that she arrives on time and I love how she doesn't rush out the door when we arrive home. Instead she takes time to say goodbye to our son and tell us about their day. She has been such a great help to us (both with our son and house upkeep) and I would highly recommend Tamara to any family.
