Susan has a gentle soul with a kind and caring heart. She also has a great sense of humour that went a long way with working with my mom. Susan did not spend a long time with my mom due to her own personal tragedy, but I have no doubt that she would have stayed for the long term as she is also very dedicated to the people that she cares for and wants to do the very best that she can for them. I would welcome Susan back if her situation improves. Thank you Susan.
