I have about 4 years experience providing care to the seniors. I support them to make sure they are safe, happy and healthy. I use simple and clear language when communicating with my clients. I pay attention to their needs. I follow their care plans to ensure dignity, safety, independence are promoted at all times by allowing them to make decisions which helps in securing their self esteem. I am compassionate, empathetic, caring and patient person who is committed in providing the best care possible to ensure that all my clients are treated appropriately in a safe manner. Off course I follow the company’s guidelines, document and report all concerns to the supervisor. I like to work as a team.
